Safe Release from all Fear:

The young deity Subrahma once asked the Buddha:
Always frightened is this Mind!
Always agitated is this Mind!
About present problems.
About future problems.
If there is a release from this Anxiety
please explain it to me...
 

Whereupon the Blessed Buddha declared:
I see no other safety for any living being
except the control of the senses,
except the relinquishment of all,
except the seclusion linking to Enlightenment!
