 Have returned early from hospital, since symptoms faded away.

Ultrasound scan showed normal gallbladder without stones.
Lab tests showed minimal liver damage, and otherwise normal values.
Bile duct passage of a small stone, or sludge is a possible cause.
Liver blood tests will be repeated in two months, and if elevated
an MRCP will be performed, otherwise it is happy-end-of-story. :-)
